Of Sterling, VA passed away on September 28, 2010 as the result of a critical injury he sustained in the early hours on September 27, 2010 during an effort to defend his family from prowlers. He is survived by his four children, siblings, and aunts/uncles. Jack was born September 16, 1943 in Monroe, Louisiana, while his father was serving in the US Army Air Corps. He was an alumni of B-CC High School class of 1961, and attended the University of Maryland where he played on the football team.
