Don Brubach died on February 14, 1994 after a 2-year battle with lung cancer from cigarette smoking. He is survived by his daughter, April Brubach of Bethesda, MD, and his son, Daniel Brubach of Warrenton, VA, five grandchildren--Connor, Angela, Rowan, Bree, and Aidan, his brother, Tom Brubach, and sister, Jean Baines. Don spent most of his professional career as the comptroller of an insurance agency in Bethesda, MD. Don was a car and motorcycle enthuasist and dreamed of retiring to his cabin in the Shenandoah mountains and opening a motorcyle repair shop. He continues to be missed by all that knew and loved him.  |
