Mr. Frank Milton Mann, 71, Smithsburg, died Friday January 9,2015 at his home. Born in Silver Spring, October 28, 1943 he was a son of the late Frank M. and Doris Martha Naylor Mann. Mr. Mann was a graduate of the University of Maryland and was a consultant in business marketing. He is survived by: 2 daughters - Deena McNair and husband Scott - Charlotte, NC and Julie McPherson and husband Scott - Bethesda 2 granddaughters - Caroline and Gracie McNair 1 brother - John Mann - Oregon
