Philip Wise, 51, of Lewistown, MD, died Friday, September 16, 1994, at his home. He was the son of Mildred P. Phillips Wise of Chevy Chase, and the late Franklin Bratt Wise. Philip was a member of the Brook Hill United Methodist Church. Phil received a degree in business from the Univ. of MD, where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He was employed for many years as a sales representative with Xerox Corporation. He also served as an official with Little League baseball in Frederick County., and football teams associated with the Frederick County schools. He was a member of the Frederick County Football Officials Association. Survivors, in addition to his mother, are one son, Matthew Parr Wise of Middletown, and one sister Mary Lynn Hollan of Annapolis. We have no information on the cause of Phil's death but the obituary mentioned donations could go to the American Cancer Society and the Hospice of Frederick County.
