CHARLES QUENTIN UPPERCUE - (from the News & Observer, Raleigh, NC). died on July 19, 1998.  He was 55 years old. He lived in North Carolina and was Chief of Planning and Information for the Division of Social Services in North Carolina.  Burial was in the North Fork Grave, Martinsville, VA. Although we do not know the cause of death we know that he had diabetes. 

Classmates remember that Quentin loved to play the guitar and listen to John Dunton and the Wombats.
